Terms of purchase 
The terms of purchase apply when you as a customer shop at www.wenom.se. In order to shop, you need to accept these purchase terms and agree that WENOM may process and store your personal data. By completing the purchase, you agree to the terms of purchase. There may be a difference in the products as the products are handmade and the material is wood. So each product has its unique appearance. We strive to give as good a picture of reality as possible.

Right of withdrawal
We offer all our customers 30 days open purchase! The right of withdrawal is counted from the date you received the goods. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from when we received your notice of cancellation. We use the same payment method that you used when paying for the purchase. When returning individual goods, the invoice fee is not refunded, as it is for a complete return. In the event of a delay, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase. Reimbursement of paid packages then takes place within 10 days of the customer canceling their purchase.

Complaints
If you believe that your ordered item is defective, you are welcome to send the item back to us using the return documents included with your order for a complaint assessment. If you do not have these documents, contact customer service at kundservice@wenom.se, where you describe the error and your order number. Always include a picture of the item.

Inventory availability
All items and sizes shown on the web are available for immediate delivery. We still want to reserve ourselves for possible inaccuracies in stock balances that could exceptionally occur. In the event that an item is missing when picking up your order, we will adjust your order, remove the item from the delivery, and pay the money back as soon as possible.

Order confirmation
When you have ordered your goods, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address you specified when purchasing, which confirms that we have received your order. This order confirmation also serves as your receipt and may be useful to save in case of contact with our customer service. Please check the mailbox if it has not arrived in your inbox.

WENOM Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Our policy for the processing of personal data describes, among other things, which data we collect, for what purpose it is collected, in which ways you can have control over your own data and how you can contact us. With the help of the personal data, you get a personally adapted experience when you shop with us at wenom.se.

Your data is always protected with us and we do our best to make you feel safe that we handle your data. You will not receive spam. Nothing unnecessary. And we only keep your data for as long as we need it, otherwise we delete it. Returns
Returns within Sweden cost SEK 69.

Returns from Europe are charged based on weight, i.e. the cost of the return shipping will be the same as the shipping to the customer.

Example: Shipping to Spain of 5 kg costs SEK 160 to the customer. The return cost will then be SEK 160.

Returns for products in the outlet category are charged SEK 49.

Unclaimed packages from agents will be charged 180 SEK

Unclaimed packages from agents abroad will be charged 300 SEK
